Currently, we are only able to ship items within the United States.

Keystone Sporting Arms is not responsible for and no liability shall result to Keystone Sporting Arms for any delays in delivery or in performance which result from any circumstances beyond Keystone Sporting Arms reasonable control, including, but not limited to, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, embargo, acts of God, acts or laws of any government or agency.

When you place an order, orders are generally shipped out within 2-4 working business days via USPS or FEDEX depending on the weight and destination of the package. During the Holiday Seasons orders are generally shipped out within 3-5 working business days via USPS or FEDEX depending on the weight and destination of the package. Once your order has shipped please allow 7 to 10 business days for arrival. It’s possible you may receive your order sooner than 7 to 10 business days, but once a package has been picked up by the carrier it is beyond Keystone Sporting Arms control of delivery date/time. Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. 

All expedited orders MUST be placed over the phone. You may choose from FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2nd Day Express shipping and will be charged the shipping fee. The cut off for expedited shipping each day is 12:00pm EST.

Return Policy

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALES, SPECIALS OR CLOSEOUT ITEMS.

Keystone Sporting Arms guarantees your product(s) to be free from defects. If for some reason you find your purchase to be defective, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days after receiving your product(s). If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may complete the return/exchange request form that was included with your order within 30 days after receiving your product(s) and send it back to us along with the product(s) for an exchange or choose to be credited at the discretion of Keystone Sporting Arms.

Upon inspection all non-defective item(s) with a value of $15.00 or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping (to and from) Keystone Sporting Arms.

Without a return/exchange request form we cannot process your request. If you are in need of a return/exchange request form, please let us know and we will happily email or mail you one.

*Please note that we currently do not sell any of our products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, etc. The items listed on these sites are listed by individuals or other dealers. If you purchase any of our products from sites like these and receive a product that is defective, missing parts, etc. you will have contact them for assistance. When an item is purchased directly from us, we are better able to assist you in several matters, including missing parts or defective items. *
