Important Safety Recall

IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL REGARDING MODEL 4200 .410 PUMP ACTION SHOTGUNS

Keystone Sporting Arms LLC (“Keystone”) has recently learned of a potential safety issue with certain Model 4200 .410 pump action shotguns (“Model 4200 Shotguns”) that it imported from Turkey. Keystone is voluntarily initiating a recall of these shotguns to protect the safety of its customers because of the potential for some of them to unintentionally discharge. To prevent the possibility of death or serious personal injury, you should immediately stop using your Model 4200 Shotgun and not load or fire it until it has been returned to Keystone to be inspected.

Keystone has learned that some components in certain Model 4200 Shotguns do not meet its quality control standards. Under certain conditions, it is possible that some Model 4200 Shotguns could discharge without the trigger being pulled when the action is being worked, including when the safety is in the “safe” position.

This recall applies only to certain Model 4200 Shotguns with serial numbers between 21-PM4100216 and 21-PM4104661. If you own a Model 4200 Shotgun within this serial number range, please contact Keystone by telephone at 1-800-742-0455 (Monday-Thursday 8:00-4:30 Eastern, Friday 8:00-2:30 Eastern) or by email at info@crickett.com to determine whether your shotgun is subject to this recall.

If your Model 4200 Shotgun is subject to this recall, Keystone will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return it to be inspected. If the components in your Model 4200 Shotgun are determined to meet Keystone’s quality standards, your shotgun will be promptly returned to you. If the components are determined to not meet Keystone’s quality standards, a new Model 4200
Shotgun will be provided to you, free of charge.

Keystone remains committed to the highest standards of quality, customer service and customer satisfaction. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused by this recall.
